Synopsis
Widowed governess Cordelia Greythorne has vowed never to return to Cornwall, but her employer's death forces her and five orphaned children to Penwythe Hall, where wary landowner Jac Twethewey and dangerous secrets threaten the fragile new life she hopes to build.
