Synopsis
Rebuilding his storm-ravaged island after Hurricane Irma, Jesse hopes for peace. Instead, an eco-minded woman from his past uncovers a massive drug lab in Virginia, and a contract killer starts stalking his friends, dragging Jesse into snow-covered mountains far from his home waters.
