Synopsis
Jenny thinks she is finally settling into life at Waverly when legendary rule breaker Tinsley Carmichael returns. Old grudges and new crushes collide as Tinsley, Callie, Brett, and Jenny battle over Easy, status, and control of every party and tradition on campus.
