Synopsis
Spinster Phoebe Woodward builds an inn beside the famed Kissing Tree, determined to create a haven for courting couples even though she has no romance of her own. When her father sends a no-nonsense property manager to rein in her whimsical plans, practical concerns and growing attraction tangle in ways neither of them anticipated.
