Synopsis
Jesse’s morning swim turns grisly when he finds a human arm in the surf. The next day a drifting mega-yacht reveals more bodies, pointing to Eastern European black marketers using the Keys as a base. Jesse races across the Gulf Stream to save the missing owners.
