Synopsis
A young man found frozen on a Highland street looks at first like a Christmas party gone wrong. Then DCI Jack Logan discovers signs of torture and realises a vigilante nicknamed the Iceman, a killer with a twisted sense of justice, has quietly returned to finish his list.
